Ice Bath
Frosty’s Kabalana Ice Bath is the first electronically cooled ice bath in Sri Lanka. This state-of-the-art cold plunge pool maintains consistently cold water from morning to night, 7 days a week.
Designed for serious recovery, our 10-person ice bath stays perfectly chilled all day, every day—without the need for ice refills. It’s a cleaner, smarter, and more reliable cold water therapy experience in Kabalana, ideal for surfers, athletes, and wellness seekers.
Sauna
Frosty’s Kabalana Sauna is a spacious 20-person sauna designed for deep relaxation and recovery. With three-tiered seating, you can settle into the heat level that feels right for you, whether you’re easing in or going all-out.
Overlooking the pool area, the sauna offers a calm place to unwind after time in the ocean or a solid training session. Powered by the Harvia Qube Pro, the largest single commercial sauna heater available, it pairs seamlessly with the ice bath to complete the Frosty’s Kabalana hot-and-cold recovery experience—just minutes from Ahangama and Midigama.
Pool
The pool at Frosty’s Kabalana is where you wind down after your ice bath and sauna session. Our in pool seating offers a laid-back space to cool off, stretch out, and spend time with friends.
